Eric Wagner is the founder and operator of Diamond W Custom Machine Works, located in Agra, KS. He grew up in nearby Phillipsburg and returned to the area in 2020 after pursuing his educational and initial career endeavors.

In 2009, Eric completed a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering Technology from K-State Salina and later was employed as the shop manager for 11 years in the Department of Mechanical and Nuclear Engineering at K-State Manhattan. He started Diamond W as a side business in 2015 and has grown it into a full-time business.

Eric and his wife, Katie, purchased and renovated the shop building in Agra—the same building Eric learned about mechanics while working on tractors as a young boy with his grandpa. Katie assists Eric in marketing aspects of the business and has her own career working remotely in communications and nonprofit development.

The couple has two young daughters and a shop dog named Ozzy. The Wagners enjoy developing relationships and working with customers in the community and beyond.
